How Do I See the Details Behind the Startup Financial Statement Reports?

Q: I've calculated the reports for my business plan, but I'm wondering if there is a way for me to see more details. In other words, is there a way for me to see the Sales details, the expenses are for a particular year, etc.? I'm looking for the details behind the totals and so are my venture capital investors.

There is a tremendous amount of detail in the reports if you drill down into the reports to see the underlying details. For example, on the sales report, if you (or your investors) click on the “Month” view and then click the plus “+” sign next to an offering (as shown below)…

…then 45+ rows of detailed information opens up across all 60 months for each offering, including the detailed buildup of how the numbers were calculated, the buildup of your sales forecast, all associated direct expenses, the customer lifetime value (CLTV) calculations, the cash and revenue impact, etc.:

The same applies for most other financial statements and reports except for the Summary reports and the Cap Table report. For example, if you drill into the Income Statement report in a similar fashion, you will see 65+ rows of expense details for each month of your business plan.
